We love our coffee. We also love a good mulled wine. Fortunately there is a way to combine these two loves into a delicious warm treat as the winter comes close. In fact, this warm drink makes us feel good about the cold altogether.

- 18 cl cold brew concentrate
- 6 cl Aperol
- 6 cl Red wine
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Star anise
- Cinnamon stick
- Measure cold brew, Aperol, red wine and sugar syrup to a milk pitcher.
- Steam the drink with espresso machine’s steaming wand until its 65-degrees.
- Pour into a mug (300 ml) and add the spices.
